2. Our Services
CabaPad provides virtual assistant solutions tailored to support businesses and professionals in administrative tasks, including but not limited to: healthcare virtual assistance, executive support, social media management, e-commerce support, telemarketing, bookkeeping, and other administrative duties (collectively, “Services”).
All Services are provided in accordance with the specifications and processes agreed upon between CabaPad and the Client.
3. Eligibility
To receive Services from CabaPad:
You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information as required throughout the onboarding process.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms.
4. Registration & Account Information
When you sign up for Services, you agree to:
Provide and maintain current and accurate information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
CabaPad reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where inaccurate or fraudulent information is submitted.
5. Client Obligations
As a Client, you agree to:
Provide clear instructions regarding delegated tasks.
Cooperate with CabaPad and assigned virtual assistants during onboarding and throughout the service engagement.
Communicate any issues or concerns promptly.
Failure to cooperate or provide necessary information may result in delays or suspension of Services.
6. Pricing & Payment Terms
All fees for Services will be presented during the engagement process. Standard pricing is listed on the website (e.g., $9/hour) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients agree to pay all invoiced amounts in full and on time.
Prices do not include taxes, which may be added where applicable.
CabaPad may revise pricing with notice.
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
7. Free Trial / Promotional Offers
Any free trial or promotional offer (e.g., 40 hours free trial) is subject to separate terms and conditions and may be discontinued or modified at CabaPad’s discretion.
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Both CabaPad and Clients agree to:
Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement.
Comply with applicable data protection laws.
Not disclose confidential information to any third party without express written consent, except where required by law.
CabaPad will handle Client data with reasonable safeguards, but Clients acknowledge that no security system is perfect.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (including logos, text, graphics, and images) remains the property of CabaPad or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
10. Warranty Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is,” and to the maximum extent permitted by law, CabaPad disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
Fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy of results
Non-infringement
CabaPad does not guarantee any specific outcome or result from the use of the Services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CabaPad shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits
Data loss
Any other losses arising out of use of the website or Services
The total liability of CabaPad for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the Services giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination
CabaPad may suspend or terminate Services or access to the website at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
Clients may terminate Services in accordance with the terms of their service agreement.
Termination does not relieve the Client of the obligation to pay accrued and outstanding fees.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved through:

If unresolved, binding arbitration or litigation in the courts located within Wyoming, USA
14. Changes to Terms
CabaPad reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on the website, and the continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
